Welcome to our Admissions page. We want to share with you our Admissions process which has a few steps but should be easy enough to navigate through. The FIRST STEP for admissions is to visit our school at a Open House or by calling the school office, 718-225-5502, and scheduling an appointment.

After your visit to our school....

  1. 1. Fill out our Application Form from School Office or download one:

  2. 2. Submit the application with the registration fee

  3. 3. Obtain a copy of the medical form from the school office and have your physician fill out and return to us.

  4. 4. Submit a copy of child’s birth certificate
